A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk will be held at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant on the following date and time: Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 9:00 am. Prospective bidders may not visit the Site without making arrangements through the Project Manager, Roner Del Castillo. If the Pre-Bid conference is mandatory, any contractor who fails to attend the Conference will be ineligible to bid on the Project and any submitted bid will be deemed non-responsive.
