The objective of the request for proposal is to provide professional assistance with the development of odor control strategies for the District, specifically the Egan and O'Brien Water Reclamation Plants (WRP) The anticipated service period will begin upon the award of the purchase order through December 31 2018. The proposer will provide assistance in the following areas: Assist in developing odor control strategies for the Egan and O'Brien WRP's including supplemental design data collection and conceptual design of odor control process upgrades and improvements. In addition, provide supplemental services to assist with the development of odor control strategies on an as needed basis.
